Wool-lined shoes and boots are designed to fit true to size. They are constructed on unique lasts that account for the thicker lining, providing an appropriate allowance. Over time, with wear, the wool will naturally compress, molding to the shape of your foot for a comfortable fit.

Our return process typically takes a maximum of 15 working days from the time the parcel reaches us. Once your refund is issued or your exchange is shipped, you will receive an email notification.
