How do I know when my child needs to go up a size?

We have made every effort to make measuring as easy as possible for our parents by AI scanning, print out guide and our Happy Toe Zoe on the go measuring.

On average, kids’ feet grow by about 2-3 sizes in a year with the rate decreasing as they get older. To ensure they are always in the correct sized shoes, we recommend measuring your children’s feet every six to eight weeks. To get an accurate measurement, you can refer to our size guide.

Do wool-lined shoes and boots fit differently to other styles?

Wool-lined shoes and boots are designed to fit true to size. They are constructed on unique lasts that account for the thicker lining, providing an appropriate allowance. Over time, with wear, the wool will naturally compress, molding to the shape of your foot for a comfortable fit.

What if the style I like is currently out of stock?

If the style you desire is featured on our website but is currently unavailable in your preferred colour and size, kindly click the 'notify me' button on the product page. This will ensure you are notified when the item is back in stock. If this option is unavailable, it maybe likely that the item will not be restocked in the foreseeable future.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping charges apply.

Do PRENTA sizes include growth room?

All our shoes include growth room, use the removable insole with our Happy Toe Zone for peace of mind your child has not outgrown their shoes.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

What is your returns policy?

For products from PRENTA, we strive for your complete satisfaction. However, should you decide to return any purchase from prentashoes.co.uk or prentashoes.com, you can do so free of charge within 28 days of receiving it. Please note that returned items must be unworn and in their original branded packaging. If you wish to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only exchange it for a different colour and/or size of the same style. How long will it take to receive my refund or exchange?

Our return process typically takes a maximum of 15 working days from the time the parcel reaches us. Once your refund is issued or your exchange is shipped, you will receive an email notification. If you haven't received any updates regarding your return after this period, please contact us with a copy of your proof of postage, and we will gladly investigate further for you.

Do you refund delivery charges if I return an item?

If an item is returned for a refund due to it being unsuitable then the delivery charges will not be refunded as the service for delivery was still used. Delivery charges are third party costs and are associated with their services. To find out more click here.
